Our monastery, situated in St Charles Square in the Notting Hill district of London, was founded from Paris on September 29th 1878 to be a centre of contemplative prayer in the heart of the city. Aware of the needs and the hopes, the desires and the struggles of those just beyond our walls, we hold all people in our hearts before God, lifting the face of humanity to the Father and opening our hearts to receive the outpouring of His love for all.
